We’re starting something new at On The Geaux Repair: Pass It On.

Once every month, we’ll choose one submitted application and provide that person with a repair completely free of charge.

This is not a one-time giveaway. We plan to keep this going month after month, giving one free repair each month to someone who could genuinely use the help.

No likes, shares, or tagging friends required. Just fill out the application and tell us a little about your device, what’s wrong with it, and what getting it repaired would mean to you or your family.

Applications will stay open, and each month we’ll review the submissions and choose that month’s Pass It On recipient.

We were at the shop until 1:00 AM last night, working to get customers’ devices finished and meet the deadlines we promised. 💥

Our workload nearly doubled overnight and has stayed that way for over a month. We are incredibly grateful that so many people continue trusting us with their phones, tablets, computers, consoles, and other devices.

Because of that growth, we are making BIG changes to how we organize repairs, track devices, and prioritize customers. Please be patient with us during this transition as we build a better system to handle the increased workload.

We thank God for giving us this opportunity to serve our community, and we do not take your support for granted.

There may be other repair shops but we do not know many that will stay until 1:00 AM to keep their word and get the job done.

I don’t know many repair shops that are still at the bench at 9:43 PM trying to get customers taken care of.

We’ve all worked at different repair shops over the years, and one thing we can say is this: when the workload stacks up, we stay until it’s done.

Meanwhile… we’ve repaired thousands of devices and still choose to have fun. 🤷‍♂️

Customer’s PS5 was fixed and ready, but life got in the way. Instead of making him wait another day, we dropped it off at his place of work.

That’s not a service we usually offer on every repair, but when we can help somebody out, we will.

Big-box stores don’t know your name. We do.
