Every Tuesday from 10 AM–11 AM, Build-A-Bear offers a sensory-friendly experience designed to create a more comfortable environment for guests. During this time, the lights are dimmed and the music is lowered, helping make the experience calmer and more sensory-friendly.

We are starting Sensory September at Palisades Center, where we’ll be highlighting sensory-friendly spaces, experiences, and resources weekly throughout the whole month! 
Looking for a calm, sensory-friendly space? 
The Sensory Room, operated by BRIDGES, provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where children, teens, and adults can relax, self-regulate, decompress, and recharge.
The space features sensory swings, calming lights and bubbles, interactive activities, weighted comfort items, tactile experiences, a massage chair, calming music, and quiet relaxation areas.
The Sensory Room welcomes individuals of all abilities and is also available for private reservations and special events. 💙
