Meet Siobhan, founder of Bluedoor Building and one of the newer faces at Caroline Station.
Right out of grad school, Siobhan found herself in an office job that didnโt feel sustainable, so she made a change and started in high-end construction at an entry level position. What she found was an industry that blended clerical work, field work, and creativity, one where she saw real opportunity to raise the standard for clients. โI wanted to be the best and build the best,โ she says. That drive led her to get licensed and establish Bluedoor Building.
Today, Siobhan leads Bluedoor across a wide range of projects, from large oceanfront estates to small historical renovations, with a focus on custom homes, major renovations, and estate property management throughout South Floridaโs eastern corridor, a market she claims is unlike anywhere else in the country. Sheโs especially passionate about blending eco-friendly, green building practices into luxury construction, believing that โless is moreโ and that a home appropriately scaled to its lot, surrounded by thoughtful landscaping, feels far more elevated. What she loves most about the work is simple: creating spaces that just โfeel good.โ
As for why Caroline Station, Siobhan says it comes down to community: โI enjoy surrounding myself with other like-minded, creative, successful local business owners.โ
