Good afternoon, sofl! We hope you're having a good one on this rather toasty summer day! I'd like to share my latest piece, this is tigers eye, wrapped in copper. This stone was a fun shape to wrap, it hangs nice and has really cool flash or shimmer, or whatever you want to call it lol. This one was fun, and it's available, if you're interested...js
Stay hydrated, out there. They keep saying that heavy rain is coming in just a few days, but they keep pushing those few days back a few days lol. Apparently, relief is on the way, in the form of rain, in a few days... we'll see I guess. Lol

Good afternoon, South Florida! We hope you're staying cool on this sweltering June day! Happy belated Juneteenth! I'm here to share my latest piece. This is pyrite, wrapped in copper. This stone has an interesting shape, with an oblong ridge running around it, therefore it was an interesting "capture". I wasn't sure if I could find enough of a ridge to grab on to, but it's in there. The finished product has a big front belly, the back looks like it's barely holding on, but, it's in there! Lol the pyrites rarely last long, so if you like it, make your way on down to the shop and scoop it up! We're fully stocked, otherwise, so you can restock your hand rolled incense sticks, and your favorite herbs and teas!
(Obligatory weather report lol) Its hot! Very hot. Thankfully we've been getting clouds and sporatic rain, in the evenings, but don't stop praying for rain! The clouds and rain are our only relief from this heat, and we're thankful for it. It's only June, still a few more months, but we got this, just like last year, and the year before. Lol that being said, I can't wait for that first cold front! Lol

🎉 Grand Opening Celebration: The Spruce 🎉

A major milestone for affordable and workforce housing in West Palm Beach! On Tuesday, we celebrate the grand opening of The Spruce, a transformative new mixed-income community developed by Affiliated Development and built by Verdex Construction in partnership with the City of West Palm Beach and the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.

Located in Northwood Village, The Spruce brings 270 new apartment homes to our city, including more than 100 affordable and workforce housing units. The development also features retail space and modern amenities that enhance quality of life while creating new opportunities for residents.

This project demonstrates what is possible when public and private partners work together to address housing affordability while investing in the future of our neighborhoods.
