Today we shipped out FIFTY big boxes of donations to the Combat Engineer Unit over in the sandbox. We did this for 19 years at Christmas but had a 4 year gap so we started the Veterans Christmas Dinner to keep doing something for our servicemembers. (This year December 17). Cards went in every box with names of all who helped make this happen. We will ship a few more next week but the big pile is on the way! Thank you everyone!

Oct 9th and 10th.

Today is one of several box sealing days. This is the part where we have filled the box and we top it off with a magazine or two and some of these cards from schools across this area. Then one Thank you card with a note saying who donated to this effort. We want them to know it was a LOT of different people, businesses, churches, and organizations that made this happen. We love our military men and women and pray that they return home safe.
