How exciting can a tuner announcement really be?

Pretty exciting actually - proud to announce that we are now a dealer for petersonstrobetuners and have them in stock (after selling out of them immediately on the first shipment, didn’t mention it at that point because it seemed mean to tease y’all). Get on it!

We try not to have it happen, but hey, it happens - our small crew has kids to wrangle and shows to do and John’s other job where he dresses up as a politician, so sometimes the stars just don’t align. So yeah, Monday is going to be a short day, our apologies for any inconvenience. See you soon.

Your yearly PSA about how blowing your fingers off with firecrackers is a musicians career-ending injury, so don’t. Also we will be

CLOSED JULY 4th

because I want to sit in a pool and not go to work: so that’s what’s happening: back on Monday with normal hours. Enjoy!

Unsolicited video from a super nice guy that came in to fall down the rabbit hole of pedals with my assistance. Thanks so much for the kind words about the shop, this is the sort of feedback that makes me really love what I do.

I've recorded this whole journey with an amp modeler, but it's time...

Boss hang out has begun, kicking it off with some VG and Synth guitar madness. Here until 7, so get on it!

06/16/2026

No, we aren’t doing a screening, but this is your reminder that in 48 hours (see what I did there?) we will be wrapping up the Boss hang out event.

In my defense I meant to do something far more clever today but I got busy and here we are. Stop judging me.

Wednesday, 4-7, big fun. Deals on things. Free things. Solid good times with good people. See you then.

No, I’m not posting random “guitar guy” stock images, that’s a picture of Boss clinician Austin Syndick who will be joining us at the store for a hangout low key “let’s mess with some Boss stuff” sesslon a week from today from 4-7. Will there be free stuff? Yes. Will there be a special 50th anniversary Eclipse shirt that I’ll be giving away with certain purchases? Also yes. Deals and specials? NEVER oh wait just kidding, also yes.

Consider this the (very) belated kick off to celebrating 50 years of Eclipse doing this exactly our own weird way, with more events and swag and strange ideas to come for the rest of the year, and further.

June 17th, 4-7. See you there. (Trust me, you’re going to want the shirt.).

New pedal day from vongonelectronics is always a good day, and the Rosetones is no exception. It’s a polyphonic string synth generator with enveloped triggering, feedback that allows for anything from quick stabs to infinite pads, a deeply synthy and unique tilt tone control, modulation choices on tap, and a brilliant octave slider that allows you to chose where the generated tones happen, from sub lushness to unison and upper end semi harmonic content. Instant soundtrack ambience, punchy fat synth drones, and more. Fantastic, and in stock.

New pedal line alert! Joining the patented wall o’ pedals, we’d like to welcome thornsoundlabs! Designed in Nashville and popping up in many pedal videos, I’ve been stoked to check these out and they do not disappoint - hyper controllable drives that don’t flub out at higher gain settings, Fuzzes that swing across a much more wide spectrum than you would expect, tight high gain monsters, and even a drive for my often neglected bass pals. Throw in a great sounding trem and a two stage boost with a parametric peak/cut control, and you’ve officially got my interest. In stock, big fun, come try, etc. see you soon.

Oh hey, it’s the last day to vote for a music store in this, which would be a pretty awesome thing for you to do if you’ve got a few minutes (hint hint).

Thanks y’all!

Vote once per day from January 31 through February 25.
