What we love most about a white wedding palette? Too many things to name. But we feel strongly that you will never look back at your pictures in and regret your choice of flowers. Whites and greens are timeless and elegant. Even these babies breath clouds had us swooning. Add in roses, ranunculus and callas and it all became simply stunning.

We just spent a week cleaning and reorganizing the studio (and no, Blooms is not closing - it’s just healthy to clean out a space every once in a while). We left these free items outside of the shop this weekend, only to find TWO MORE boxes of vases left at our shop today. 😫 While we appreciate the generosity, Blooms is not a drop off location for donations. Thanks for your understanding!

PS Lots of free items are still available in front of Blooms. Tomorrow, everything goes!

Five years of Blooms! On Mother’s Day 2021 we soft launched Blooms out of our garage and an SUV. Shortly after we bought a truck and leased studio space. Within a year, we added a small w**e shop to the studio. It’s been a wild ride:

We’ve produced flower markets in Boston, and our Blooms have been on stage with Hoda Kotb and Gail King. We’ve designed centerpieces and decor for high profile community events like the Howdys and Bay Paths presidents gala. We set up shop at The Big E. We’ve worked with planners on tablescapes, parties and we’ve decorated restaurants and business. We have been a part of big brand work! We have done dozens of weddings and we’ve helped people through their saddest days as they honor a cherished love one. We’ve delivered birthday blooms, baby blooms and every day flowers. We’ve helped celebrate promotions and just because. We have shared our love of flowers with you at workshops. We’ve made some changes that make more sense for our business. And we no longer have a truck, but we are diving deeper into the event space, luxury retail and commercial side of our business…and we can’t wait to share our growth with you.

We’ve learned so much about the floral business and made so many new friends because of this journey. It feels so appropriate that we birthed a business on Mother’s Day, but it also feels right that this business gave us new life, too.

Thank you to everyone who’s been along this journey with us. We are somehow both tired and energized, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Mother's Day orders: please plan ahead! We're booked with events the week before May 10, with limited spots for single arrangements. Delivery available May 8-9 if scheduled by May 4. Pick up Saturday, 11-3. Closed on Mother's Day. No last-minute orders accepted on May 8 due to events and a family funeral. Your understanding is appreciated.

The assignment was “fun and eclectic” and we couldn’t resist the textures and citrusy tones of the protea, tulips and spring ranunculus. 🍊 🌼
