I recently acquired an astonishing collection of pristine 1970s era movie and TV novelizations and tie-in editions, none of which have apparently ever been read. They will be on the shelves tomorrow, and will be available on-line soon!

New on the shelves of Mumpsimus is this pristine edition of "They Knew Too Much About Flying Saucers." With its striking cover art it shouldn't be surprising this was the book that introduced Men In Black to UFO folklore.

Mumpsimus continues to grow in its new location, with the latest being an upgraded cabinet for the Poetry section, where it is now possible to display complete vintage sets.

Volumes highlighted here are Damon Runyan's "Poems for Men," Joseph Moncure March's "The Set-Up", and and the complete works of Longfellow and James Whitcomb Riley.





Mumpsimus will be closed early today, but otherwise will have it standard hours this week.
