It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that our beloved owner, Russell Bova, passed away yesterday September 13th.
Today would’ve been his 71st birthday. 💔
For so many years, Bova’s Music and Train Shoppe was more than a business to him. It was a place where he could share the things he loved- music, trains, and most of all the people who walk through our doors. His customers became familiar faces, friends, and an important part of his life.
We know how much he valued every conversation, every visit, and every person who supported the shop over the years. We are incredibly grateful to all of you who helped make Bova‘s a part of his life and his legacy.
Russ’s greatest hope was to open the doors of his shoppe again. But instead, heaven opened its doors to him.
As our family takes time to grieve and make arrangements, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We will share additional information about the shoppe when we are able. Thank you for supporting us and being a part of the story of Bova’s Music and Train Shoppe. 🚂
