🚨 Pretzel Update 🚨
We have some sad, disappointing, and honestly devastating news to share with all of our fellow Sassy Seasoned Pretzel fans...
Our bins are officially EMPTY. 😢
Many of you may remember that over a year ago we ran into supply issues with the pretzels we use as the base for our famous family-recipe seasoning. We worked hard to find a solution and were thrilled when we finally got them back in stock.
Unfortunately, we recently learned that solution was only temporary.
The manufacturer of the pretzels we use has decided to stop supplying small businesses like ours and will now only be producing for a larger company that makes a similar product. As a result, we can no longer purchase the pretzels we've relied on for years.
The good news? We're not giving up.
We have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to find a new solution. We are exploring several options and are confident that Sassy Seasoned Pretzels will make a comeback. However, it may take a few weeks to get everything worked out, and there is a possibility that future costs may be higher due to increased manufacturing and sourcing expenses.
We know how much these pretzels mean to so many of you (trust us, we feel the same way), and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this challenge.
Please be kind to our staff as they answer questions. This situation is completely out of our control, but we're doing everything we can to get your favorite pretzels back in our bins as soon as possible.
