A Boulevardier is what happens when a Negroni grows up and starts drinking whiskey.

Same bitter Campari backbone, but bourbon brings vanilla and weight, so the edge lands soft instead of sharp.

Makes 2:
90ml Bourbon or Rye (3 Squeezes)
60ml Campari (2 Squeezes)
60ml Sweet Red Vermouth (2 Squeezes)
Orange peel

Stir with ice, strain over fresh ice, twist the peel over the top.

The one thing people get wrong: equal parts. Go whiskey-forward at 3:2:2 and it stops tasting like a Negroni in a hat.

Save it for the weekend.

Save this one for Saturday night.

What you need (makes 2):
Malibu - 90ml (3 Squeezes)
White creme de cacao - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
Chambord - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
Good dash of cream

Shake hard over ice for a full 15 seconds, strain into two glasses, dust with nutmeg. A soft shake leaves the cream in a layer, a hard shake whips it silky.

Every measure squeezed, not guessed. One squeeze = one perfect 30ml pour.

Dessert you can drink. The Toblerone: Baileys, Kahlua and Frangelico blended with cream and a chunk of the real thing.

FULL RECIPE (serves 2):
1 Squeeze Baileys (30ml)
1 Squeeze Kahlua (30ml)
1 Squeeze Frangelico (30ml)
Dash of cream
1 Toblerone triangle
Chocolate topping

Drizzle chocolate around the glass. Pulse everything in a blender with the Toblerone. Pour and top with grated Toblerone. 🍫

Pro tip: pulse, don't blend. Short bursts keep it thick.

Rocket Fuel is a pina colada that booked a one-way ticket to the tropics. Frozen, creamy, three spirits in one blender.

Everything in at once:
🥥 Dark Rum 60ml (2 Squeezes)
🥥 Amaretto 60ml (2 Squeezes)
🥥 Malibu 60ml (2 Squeezes)
🥥 Coconut Cream 90ml (3 Squeezes)
🍍 1 small tin of pineapple pieces
Serves 2

Pulse with ice until thick, then pour and garnish with pineapple and a cherry.

Squeeze tip: freeze your pineapple first so it stays thick instead of watering down.

Havana Club has a 140 year story. 🥃

It started in 1878 with the Arechabala family in Cardenas, Cuba. The name launched in 1934, the label carries La Giraldilla (Havana's oldest symbol, a weathervane from the 1630s), and in 1960 the revolution nationalized the lot. Today there are two rival Havana Clubs, one made in Cuba and one in Puerto Rico.
