I find it truly amazing that while scrolling through my feed there are no news outlets or mention of the horrific assassination attempt on President Donald Trumps life. Nope we aren’t being censored at all. 🙄💔

I’ve felt mixing politics with running a business wasn’t a wise decision… I appreciate and respect everyone’s thoughts and wants… that all was forced to change after October 15th Town’s FB post and the subsequent 8+ month battle inside my own hometown to simply continue operating my 30+ year hobby-turned-business. I have come to learn just how important local government and who runs it is!

The man in this picture, Chris Carney, just announced he’s running for mayor of Mooresville. Way back in October 2022, Carney reached out to ‘understand’ what was taking place and get our side of things….. he listened for more than 3 hours, shared his thoughts and offered advice… since that day, he has been a text or call away and has offered guidance during the darkest of days during our on going battle! He stopped by the market the other day and took time to sit on a swing with my 2 youngest girls.

Carney sat on that swing for a while and mentioned that all he saw was a very busy market and people in Mooresville enjoying their day there.

Our name was brought up in Carney’s campaign announcement for Mayor of Mooresville yesterday. So many of y’all folks have asked, messaged, or caught us inside the Market and asked ‘who is supportive’ or ‘who do we vote for’. Not here to tell ya who to vote for in the upcoming elections inside of Mooresville, but I will tell you who has been supportive of our Farm Market and many other small
