Something good is happening this summer.
There's a lot happening at Chocolatieree this month- new class days, new flavors, a new way to bring the kids, and a few things in the case worth discovering.
A Little Bite of Happy Hour With More Days to Join
New Days of the Week:
School's (almost) out and schedules finally have some room in them. We've added Tuesdays and Fridays to the class calendar alongside our regular Thursdays, so finding a night that works is easier than ever.
June's flavor is a nod to the dads in your life: Old Fashioned Bourbon Caramel. Caramel, orange bitters, dark chocolate, a quiet pour of bourbon. The cocktail that needed no glass. Better than a tie. Book him a seat.
July's flavor: Strawberry Daiquiri. Because summer vibes deserve a fruity cocktail in chocolate form. The only thing missing is the umbrella.
Classes stay small with just 8 guests, so it never feels like anything other than an evening among friends. $65 per person.
The Most Delicious Science Class They'll Ever Take, Now on Sundays
Part science class, part chocolate studio. This 90-minute Sunday experience is designed for curious Choco-Scientists who want to understand what's actually happening inside that bonbon.
They'll explore the real science behind chocolate (polymorphism is a real word and, yes, it's delicious!), taste their way through a curated flight that doubles as a lab experiment, and make their very own Chocolate Diamond bonbon from scratch: shelling, filling, capping, finishing.
When the lab wraps, each Choco-Scientist goes home with a box of handmade bonbons and their very own Certificate of Analysis.
No prerequisites, except curiosity and room for chocolate.
Elementary schoolers join with a parent or guardian. Middle school and older are welcome solo or with a friend. $65 per person. Max 8 guests.

The Case, Reimagined
Four years in, and the chocolate has taught us a few things, including which ones you keep coming back for.

The Monthly Edits: a rotating selection that changes with the season, the mood, and whatever's been keeping us inspired in the kitchen. June's Edit includes First Crush, Basil Smash, and the Old Fashioned Bourbon Caramel back for Father's Day, plus a few Farmer's Market surprises. See the full lineup online.
A Few Things Worth Stopping In For
Some things don't need a reason. They are the reason.
