We’re so excited to officially share our NEW LOGO and announce that we’re expanding! 🎉

That’s right… Subzero Snowballs is now adding COFFEE! ☕️🤎

With this exciting change comes a new look, a new name, and a whole new coffee menu that we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get ready for you!

You may have noticed that we’ve had to remain closed on some days recently. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we make these changes, get everything in order, and prepare for this next chapter of our small business. ❤️

We are SO excited about this new journey and cannot wait to share everything we’ve been working on with our customers! 🥹✨

Yesterday, someone stole the tip money from one of our employees. We have the incident on camera.

We’re giving the individual an opportunity to do the right thing. If you come forward and return the stolen tip money directly to our employee, we will consider the matter resolved and will not pursue it any further.

However, if the money is not returned, we will use the video footage to identify you and will be filing theft charges.

Please remember that these tips do not go to the business owners. They belong to our young employees who work hard every day to earn them. Stealing tip money isn’t taking from a business—it’s taking directly from hardworking kids who have earned every dollar.

We appreciate everyone in our community who supports our business and our employees. We hope the responsible person chooses to make this right.
