Thank you to everyone who came out to the first-ever Louisiana Oyster Culture Festival at the Frederick Sigur Civic Center in Chalmette! 🦪⚜️

Congratulations to the organizers and our fellow vendors for bringing together the food, music, culture and community that make Louisiana so special. We were proud to add a little Filipino flavor to the celebration and we enjoyed some char-grilled oysters on our break too!

A big thank you to our followers who drove all the way from Luling, Slidell, Metairie and New Orleans to eat their Filipino food fix and take extra to go! 🇵🇭 When you tell us our food feels like home, or that you've been coming to our pop-ups for months (some of you for over a year since we started July 2025!), it warms our hearts tenfold.

To everyone who tried our food for the first time and gave us a big thumbs up, thank you! We hope to see you again soon ❤️

We're a small business, so every "this is so good!" is basically our paycheck and our pep talk rolled into one. Keep the love coming, we're running on it (and rice)🤣
