You just never know what a day in the life of a small business owner is going to bring! 😂

Wednesday started with a Congressman filming a commercial in front of our building 🎥… and somewhere along the way, we managed to have our front door accidentally ripped right off the hinges. 🤦‍♀️😂

Because apparently, a normal Wednesday just wasn’t in the cards!

A HUGE thank you to our sweet customers who were so patient and willing to wait while filming was happening. ❤️ And an even bigger thank you to the friends and family who immediately jumped into action when our door decided it no longer wanted to be attached to the building. 😂

It really does take a village to run a small business, and we are so thankful for ours!

🧵✂️ Let me start by saying… I am NOT a seamstress! 😂 But that hasn’t stopped me from pulling out the sewing machine and giving something new a try!

I’ve been seeing those viral ruffle-collared upcycled shirts all over Facebook, and of course I thought, “I can make those!” 😅

So I’ve been cutting, sewing, learning as I go, and putting my own Lil’ Farmhouse spin on them. 🤎

Stay tuned because I’ll be doing a drop THIS MONTH! 👀✨ I can’t wait for y’all to see how they turn out!
