Recently, I’ve had a lot of conversations about life as a small business owner. The late nights, the sacrifices, the events missed because there’s always something that needs to get done. The hustle is real.

Building something from the ground up changes you. It shifts priorities, changes commitments, and sometimes even affects relationships in ways people don’t always understand or accept.

Whether it’s a side business you work on after the kids go to bed or a company built with huge investments behind it, there are sacrifices at every level.

But there’s also something really powerful about choosing yourself and believing in an idea enough to keep showing up for it every single day.
