It’s likely that you’ve never played a guitar anything like the M-6 EverTune 30 Black Metal… and the reason is right there in the name. More than a baritone guitar, the 30” inch scale of this absolute beast of an instrument allows for tuning that is a full octave down from that of a standard scale guitar. Does that make it a bass? No… you’ve still got the full playability and familiar feel of a six-string guitar, but one that’s ready to explore deep depths of extended range downtuning that you’ve probably never experienced before, ready to deliver the most brutal, gut-punching riffs that have ever been heard by the ears of mere mortals. But what about stability in tuning at that abysmally low range? This guitar includes the innovative EverTune constant tension bridge system, delivering precise tuning and intonation at every point on the neck in nearly every possible environment. The M-6 EverTune 30 Black Metal comes in a diabolical Black Red Burst Satin finish, and features bolt-on construction, pairing a mahogany body with maple cap to an extra-thin u-shaped three-piece maple neck, and a Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Its components also include black hardware, LTD locking tuners, and a Seymour Duncan MortalCoil 3-Voice active bridge pickup with a 3-way toggle to select voices.

The rolled steel shell provides great cut and presence, while the black nickel plating subtly controls the sound. All while providing a gorgeous look that will fit in behind any drum set.

If you’re looking to get into the sound of Ben Burnley — founder of the eponymously-named rock/alt-metal band Breaking Benjamin — but need a great guitar that’s still within your budget, the LTD Signature Series BB-200 Baritone is the perfect guitar for you. This guitar features the famous single-cutaway Eclipse body style with set-neck construction at 27” baritone scale, allowing you to explore the extended range of downtuning needed for modern rock and metal without sacrificing ideal string tension. It features a mahogany body with a beautiful quilted maple top, and a three-piece maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, red dot inlays, and 24 extra-jumbo frets. The aesthetic of this guitar is complemented with custom red pickup covers and a red LTD logo. Components on the BB-200 Baritone include black nickel hardware, LTD tuners, a TOM-style bridge and tailpiece, and a set of our acclaimed ESP LH-150 humbucking pickups in the bridge and neck positions, providing punchy, great tone for all genres of music. You also get the flexibility of single-coil tones controlled by a push-pull switch on the tone k**b.
