Bookstores are the ultimate rebellion in stagnancy and fear monger mentality.

Reading, opening your mind to new ideas and worlds, taking time to enjoy and BE, enhancing your capacity for imagination, and getting outside of yourself are all reasons we keep trucking in a business that is beautiful, but not very profitable - no one gets rich off of owning a bookstore; not in the monetary way anyway. Rich in community? In thought? In joy? In mind? Yes. So please tell the A* word that it gets less of your dollars and support bookstores all over our state so they'll exist 10/20/30 years from now.
