We are officially shutting down.
For some, the upcoming ban might not matter, for others it will be a complete disaster.
For us and some other stores is will be the end of a chapter.

We started All Da Smoke in February of this year, so not even a full year. The idea was great as we were a mobile v**e shop, which means instead of getting out your bed and going to the store, we brought the v**e to you. This made it easier for people who couldnt leave their jobs, people without cars, or even just people who didnt want to have to get out.

Most of the time you hear about businesses not making it through the first year, most of the time due to financial problems, supply and demand, or other things that are somewhat in their control. Ours is because of our government trying to force people back to to***co. Yes there were some things that we could have done differently, and it was a learning experience. But financially we did decent for the few months we were able to run it.

So due to the Ban on most Major Brands , we will be selling all inventory and officially closing down on January 1st 2027

Thanks to all the people who we were able to provide v**es for, and the ones who did it just to show their support.

⚠️⚠️Whats Happening?⚠️⚠️- Starting January 1st 2027 Tennessee has made it where only specific V**e Brands and Products will be able to be sold and purchased.

What does this mean for Sellers?
Due to the new law taking effect, only brands that are on the directory will be able to be sold and on shelves. If a retailer is caught with Brands that are not on the directory, they will be subject to a hefty fine per product, and products may be seized.

What does this mean for Buyers?
Once the law takes effect, if you smoke a brand on the list then you will still be able to purchase your normal products.

If you smoke a brand or products not on the directory list then you will not be able to purchase these products, and will have to switch to a brand and product on the list in order to be able to continue va**ng.

Why is this happening?
We have always been transparent, so the reason they say it is happening is to eliminate unsafe, untested, and illegal v**e sales and put a curve on youth access.
Do we think thats the real reason? No, we believe the real reason is because they are pushing people to go back to To***co Ci******es. They attempted previously to get rid of all flavor v**es, and only be able to sell to***co or menthol flavors, which would resemble regular to***co and could push people back to it. To***co brings the government tens of billions of dollars, the v**e industy only gives them a fraction of that. As everything its about how big they can grow their pockets.

What does that mean for All Da Smoke ?
We're not sure yet. As most brands we sell are not on the list , that makes it hard on our customers. Of course with any business we want to make a profit, but our goal has always been to give customers the same products that they have purchased at a fraction of the cost. And whatever happens from here we will continue to get it to the people at a lower price than retail price no matter the adventure we may take.
