📣 A Quick Sonny&Co Update 📣
After giving it our best shot, we've decided to discontinue our Summer Friday openings until further notice.
Unfortunately, Fridays have been incredibly slow, and as much as I love being open for you all, it's simply not feasible to continue paying staff to be here when sales aren't covering the cost. It's honestly a bit of a mystery because our sales events are always packed, but Fridays just haven't gained the same traction.
For now, we'll be going back to our regular schedule of barn sales and shopping events throughout the month, and we'll reevaluate later this summer.
Trust me when I say we're just as eager for new inventory as you are! We know things have felt a little quiet, and a big part of that is that we're still waiting on required documentation from the company that built our new pole barn. The township needs those documents before they can approve the building, and until that happens, we're unable to fully utilize the space the way we planned.
That delay has unfortunately pushed back our first large shipment of the year, which has been frustrating for everyone involved. We have been actively trying to get the information we need and are hopeful this gets resolved soon.
As soon as we're able to move forward, we'll be bringing in fresh inventory and planning a BIG sale to celebrate. We cannot wait to fill the barn, fill the pole barn, and get back to doing what we love.
