HB 1425 is being read Tuesday 10/28/2025 in the Senate Judiciary Committee.

It appears that there is an amendment being made by Judiciary Committee Lead Senator Lisa Baker.
Amendment No. # # # # (Baker)—Clarifies responsibilities of Department of Revenue and Office of Attorney General; removes surety bond requirements; and makes technical changes.

The amendment won't change the destruction that the House Bill will cause in Pennsylvania.
