We’re looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join us at The Lift!

Position: Part-Time Barista
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 12PM–4PM (20 hours per week)
Hours may expand as needed.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️Friendly, dependable, and professional
✔️Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✔️Able to move with urgency without sacrificing quality
✔️Comfortable learning traditional espresso-based drinks and adhering to recipes
✔️Willing to take direction, receive feedback, and improve
✔️Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✔️Passion for coffee, hospitality, and serving people well is a must
✔️Team-oriented with a positive attitude
✔️Willing to adhere to a no cellphone policy during shift

Experience is not necessary, but previous food service or barista experience is a plus.

We’re looking for local artists from Southern West Virginia who want to display and sell their work at The Lift on a consignment basis.

We’d love pieces that celebrate WV/Appalachia culture, nature, and outdoor adventure (think: mountains, rivers, trails, wildlife, ski/bike/hike vibes, local culture), but are open to other pieces as well. We can't wait to see your work!

How it works:
✅ You set your desired price
✅ We add 20% for the shop price
✅ Your art gets seen by locals + visitors every day
