2026 9 23 Good News, Bad News, Good News! Last week, I received a request for 48 Orange Cranberry Sourdough Discard Scones. Fast forward to today, I couldn't reach my customer on Messanger the entire day. After reading and re-reading our conversation, I realized our conversation ended when I told them I don't use Venmo or PayPal. Their profile photo had reverted back to a shadow and I couldn't pull up their profile page. Well, at least I didn't get scammed. So, the good news is the scones turned out fantastic, I now know that I can fill large orders, and I get to give away samples to some dear friends and family. 😋🍊🫐🍪❤️🌾🍁🌾

2026 9 23 Best Artisan Sourdough Bread Bake EVER!!!! (If you hear squeals of delight coming from the kitchen, mind your business. LOL!😂🤣 This has been a long journey to get to this point that started back in 2021.) The tri-fecta: Time, Temperature, and Hydration have FINALLY intersected!!! Top shelf: Organic Turkey Red Wheat, Middle shelf: Organic Einkorn, and Bottom shelf: Non-GMO White Wheat (with one loaf of Chocolate Cherry inclusions on the bottom right.)🥖❤️🌾🍁🌾

2026 9 15 Michigan weather can sure change quickly. The dogs and I went for our walk back to the river and had this pop-up shower beat us back to the house. Our middle daughter rescued me in the pouring rain.🌧🐕🫠❤️🌾🍁🌾
