What to expect today in regards to what's going on with the situation with the NFA. A lot of people are wondering and saying a lot of things.
There will be confusion. Most FFLs will not immediately start selling items covered in the NFA. It is their livelihood. They are the one's most at risk. Most people will be waiting for guidance from the DOJ/ATF to see what procedures are necessary to perform transfers or manufacture these items. This is the best course of action if you have no interest in fighting any potential criminal charges. Seriously, it's been 92 years...what is one more month? Others will start building immediately. I would highly suggest joining one of the groups mentioned in the injunction before you start building. Local law enforcement and other police agencies in your area probably are not following this issue as closely as us. This will undoubtedly be a problem for some people. That active membership could become very important for you. I'm sure some gun-grabbing prosecutor would love to make someone an example. Keep that in mind.

This IS a huge win. We should all celebrate.
