Hello friends! I have very bittersweet news to share. Aster & Ivy will be closing up shop at the end of May. This was an incredibly hard decision to make, but one I know is right at this time. The past 3 years have been so amazing and I will always be grateful for the community of Whitefish Bay opening up their arms and embracing my little shop. This shop was ran by myself and 2 other women throughout the past 3 years; a true small business. I have to give a massive shout out to our manager Lauren, who has been my right hand the last 1.5 years. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to the shop. I’m forever grateful for you! And to the other sales associates that helped out over the last 3 years, whether you were with us for a couple months or years, every one of you made an impact and made Aster & Ivy what it is today. Aster and Ivy was a dream in my head for so long and I am proud to say that I made it a reality. I learned and grew so much as a person the last 3 years running this shop and I’m proud to say it was a success and something I will look back on with such happiness and pride. I took a chance on myself and I’m so glad I did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to our customers. You are the heartbeat of Aster & Ivy and I am forever grateful for your support of my little shop on Silver Spring. Aster & Ivy was my first baby and now I’m moving into the next chapter of my life and expecting the real thing. Baby Fritz is coming October 2024.🩵Another big thank you to my husband, Augie. Many of you know him or at least know of him. I could have not embarked on this journey without his support, love, patience, and listening ear. He believed in me more than I believed in myself in the beginning and gave me the confidence to chase my dreams. I will announce the exact closing date soon, but please stop in and see us over the next few weeks, we would love to see you. Most of all, please continue to shop small. You are literally supporting someone’s dream and it is true what they say, every single purchase matters to a small business and every single order makes us smile so big.
