Burke Candy & Ingredients Making gourmet candy has been a Burke family tradition since 1929. Candy making is our passion. Long Live Chocolate!

Through four generations, our family has been passionate about making the highest quality chocolates, caramels, toffees, truffles and confections. Three generations of Burkes have worked for over 90 years producing small batches of gourmet confections daily. Current owners Tim and Julia Burke have run Burke Candy for almost 25 years, continuing a tradition that started when the company was founded

by Tim's grandfather. Here at Burke, we strive to produce the best, most appealing and most delicious gourmet candy and ingredients with great customer service. We know that once you have tasted our gourmet candies you will come back again and again. One of our specialties is our Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates products, based on the recipes of owner Julia's own grandmother. Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates include chocolate-dipped caramels, toffee, truffles, turtles (which we've named "Flying Ts" after how fast they fly off the shelf) and candy cane chocolates. And if you aim to produce your own confections, we also manufacture and sell high quality ingredients for gourmet candy production.

Our dear friend Will is walking in Walk MS: Milwaukee 2026 on May 3rd with Team Willpower, and his goal is a big one — $30,000 to help cure and defeat Multiple Sclerosis.
