Current owners Tim and Julia Burke have run Burke Candy for almost 25 years, continuing a tradition that started when the company was founded by Tim's grandfather. tomer service. We know that once you have tasted our gourmet candies you will come back again and again. One of our specialties is our Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates products, based on the recipes of owner Julia's own grandmother. Grandmother Reilly's Chocolates include chocolate-dipped caramels, toffee, truffles, turtles (which we've named "Flying Ts" after how fast they fly off the shelf) and candy cane chocolates. And if you aim to produce your own confections, we also manufacture and sell high quality ingredients for gourmet candy production.
