A Quick Trade Update for Our Community:

U.S. Customs has announced that IEEPA tariffs will officially end on February 24, 2026.

For our business, IEEPA represented a 20% additional duty on applicable goods. While the announcement sounds significant, the practical impact takes time.

Nearly 90% of our current inventory was imported under the previous tariff structure and carries 20% and 30% tariff costs that have already been paid.

Because of this, no pricing changes will occur at this time.

There has also been conversation around potential refunds of previously paid IEEPA duties. At this point, there is no official guidance, and it has no bearing on our current operations.

Our commitment remains simple:
✔ Transparent communication
✔ Pricing stability whenever possible
✔ Thoughtful, responsible decision-making

We’ll continue monitoring developments and will share updates as they become clear.
