🗺️ The Whitney Treasure Trail is almost here!

Join us for Whitney’s citywide garage sale September 4–6. We already have 10 registered sales, and there is still time to add yours!

Permit fees are waived for sales held on these dates, but you must obtain your permit before 5pmThursday, September 3, to be included on the official list published on the City website. **Only sales inside the city limits can be included in the published list as those are the only sales to which a permit is applicable.

While you are following the trail, stop by the Whitney Fire Department at City Hall on Friday or Saturday for a $10 pulled pork sandwich plate with chips and a drink. Proceeds will support the Fire Department.

Grab a plate and head out on the Treasure Trail!

See what new items you discover of the talented Artist we have coming. The Crossing At Lake Whitney is always ready for your visit.

UPDATE: Whitney Athletic Booster Club has entered the contest! They will Judge the contest AND add 4 reserved seats, 4 cheeseburgers from Home Concession stand to the winner!!!! Whatcha gonna say about that???

Whitney / Hill County, TX

We’re looking for a hardworking person who knows how to "get after it" to join our vegetable farm.

Schedule: Evenings 4–8 pm + Saturdays/15-30 Hours Per Week.

Pay: $12–$18/hour based on experience.

Role: Farm Laborer with a real path to Field Manager; the right person can expect rapid advancement.

You’ll be doing:

Planting • Harvesting • Weeding • Irrigation • General Labor

Must be willing to get dirty and put in the hard work, rain or shine. Reliable transportation, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and English required.
