🥰 Nested in a mere two-acre hayfield hidden from plain view near Humboldt, Iowa, the plants grow without shade in a well-drained, shallow, relatively dry sand and loam soil on top of limestone parent material. These conditions create lavender of an exquisite quality and high oil concentration that lends itself well to culinary, aromatherapy, and topical applications. Most important is remembering to just stop and smell them.
