In 2013 shortly after graduating college, our founder Nichole had the idea to create bracelets to help fund a friend going on a mission trip. Hours after handing over the donation check, she received a sale for the exact amount from a stranger across the country. She knew then that this was the path that God had for her. Through one small act of ob

edience, God opened the door for her to create Dear Heart, a ministry that is now impacting thousands around the world. At Dear Heart, we believe that something as simple as a delicate necklace can make a massive impact. Our hope is that when you hold this piece in your hands, you’re reminded of the truth that it represents. As you put it around your neck, you’re equipped with an intentional tool to have the deep, vulnerable conversations because those are really the ones that matter most. Our prayer is that these pieces can bring hope to the lost, revival to the weary, and courage for the believer.

Here's a truth worth carrying into your week: you are fully known, and still fully loved 💌
Not the polished, put-together version you show the world — the REAL YOU! He knows every part of your story, the good and the hard and the parts you'd never say out loud, and He loves you just the same.
There is nothing you can do to earn it, and nothing you can do to lose it. This kind of love doesn't flinch, doesn't keep score, and never runs out.

Those ordinary, everyday places are exactly where your light shines brightest, because that's where people are quietly watching how you love, how you speak, how you carry the hard days.

✨ Entry-level positions begin at $10/hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. These are NOT remote positions.

🍪 Baking Team Member
Love spending time in the kitchen? Help create the delicious treats that keep Joy Pop stocked with favorites like our cookies, Rice Crispy treats, sugar cookie bars, blondie bars, and Dot Cakes! Previous baking experience is a plus, but a love for baking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

📦 Warehouse Team Member – Folding & Jewelry
Help prepare our apparel and jewelry before it heads to our customers! This role includes folding apparel, packaging jewelry, tagging products, and ensuring everything is organized, polished, and ready for the next step.

🚚 Wholesale Fulfillment Team Member
Help serve the hundreds of boutiques and businesses that carry Dear Heart products! You'll pick, pack, and prepare wholesale orders so our retail partners can keep their shelves stocked.

💌 Retail Fulfillment Team Member
There's something special about opening a happy package in the mail! Join our retail fulfillment team and help carefully pack online orders that bring joy to customers all across the country.

Trusting in Jesus will never lead you astray 🕊️
It may not always be clear what He is doing or where He is leading, but He has a perfect track record of faithfulness. When you feel uncertain or alone, reflect on what He has done in scripture, in your own life, and in the lives of others 🌅 When you can’t see what it is in front of you, remember that He goes before you.
Keep stepping.
Keep trusting.
Keep surrendering.
