No BROTE grows alone.

Behind every agave there are hands, dirt under the nails, and early mornings in the fields of Jalisco. There is hard work.

This Labor Day, we celebrate those who get their boots dirty. Our collaborators, the jimadores, those who work the fields under the sun so that six years later, we can toast together. Tequila BROTE was born from hard work. From the same craft that travels. Same craft, new soil.

Today, we honor our two families: the one that grows the agave at Destiladora de Agave Azul in San Juanito de Escobedo, Jalisco and our team here in Wichita.

Thank you for believing in work done right.

Ningún BROTE crece solo.

Detrás de cada agave hay manos, tierra bajo las uñas y madrugadas en los campos de Jalisco. Hay trabajo duro. En este Día del Trabajo no solo celebramos el descanso. Celebramos a quienes se ensucian las botas. A nuestros colaboradores, a los jimadores, y a quienes trabajan la tierra bajo el sol para que seis años después podamos brindar juntos.

BROTE nació del trabajo duro. Del mismo oficio que viajó. Misma artesanía, nueva tierra.
Hoy honramos a nuestras dos familias: la que cultiva el agave en Destiladora Agave Azul y a nuestro equipo aquí en Wichita.

WHAT DOES BROTE MEAN?

A BROTE or HIJUELO (sprout) is the new life that is born from an agave plant. It's not a seed. It's a "child" that sprouts from the root, strong, with the same essence. When the jimador carefully cuts it and replants it, a new cycle of 4 to 7 years begins until it becomes tequila. That's why we are Tequila BROTE.

Because we believe in new roots. In what is born from the land, from family, from hard work.

Together with we don't just make tequila, we plant legacy.

Muchos de ustedes han preguntado: ¿QUÉ SIGNIFICA BROTE?

Un BROTE o HIJUELO es la nueva vida que nace de una planta de agave. No es una semilla. Es un hijo que brota de la raíz, fuerte y con la misma esencia. Cuando el jimador lo corta con cuidado y lo replanta, comienza un nuevo ciclo de 4 a 7 años hasta convertirse en tequila. Por eso somos Tequila BROTE.

Porque creemos en nuevas raíces. En lo que nace de la tierra, de la familia, del trabajo duro. Junto a Destiladora Agave Azul no solo elaboramos tequila; sembramos un legado.
