So many people questioned why we’d bring younger kids to Paris, but I never doubted it was the right decision.

My son was completely captivated by the history, asking questions about each landmark and the history behind it. My daughter fell in love with the beauty of Paris—its architecture, gardens, cafés, and quiet little streets—filling her sketchbook with the scenes that inspired her most.

Traveling with children isn’t always the easiest, but it has a way of slowing you down and helping you notice the magic you might otherwise rush past. Watching them experience Paris reminded me why I fell in love with this city in the first place.

If you’re thinking about bringing your own kids to Paris, I saved a highlight with all of our favorite spots from this trip—the wins, the challenges, where we ate, and the little tips I wish I’d known before we came.

Williamsburg has always been one of those places that felt like home, which makes this announcement even harder.

This summer, our family will be packing up and moving out of state for a new opportunity. While we’re excited for what’s ahead, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a community that has meant so much to us.

We’ve cherished our time here, made lifelong memories, and loved putting our mark on this beautiful home. We’re incredibly grateful for the friends, neighbors, and experiences that made Williamsburg so special.

As we turn the page to a new chapter, we’re excited for the next family to make this house their own and create memories here just as we have. ❤️
