Alright, folks, gather ‘round. Not too close, though. We sell knives, and personal space feels like a pretty solid policy around here.
The last six months have been absolutely BONKERS. Our queue has gotten longer than restroom lines at Blade Show, and every time we finish a few jobs, three more appear like we accidentally fed a Gremlin after midnight.
And for that: THANK YOU. Seriously. Every order, every knife you send us, and every questionable idea that starts with, “Hey, do you think you guys could…” keeps this crazy little machine running. But even the sharpest knife needs a little maintenance.
So starting in October, we’re making a few temporary adjustments. RETAIL HOURS:
Through the winter season, our retail floor will be open FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY. The rest of the week we’ll be behind the scenes grinding, lasering, anodizing, modifying, sharpening, shipping, and occasionally asking each other what day it is.
MAIL-IN MODS:
For October, we’re temporarily pausing standard individual mail-in modification orders through the website. We’ve got a hefty existing queue plus a mountain of wholesale holiday orders to tackle. And when we say mountain, we mean the kind where you look up, whisper “good gravy,” and check your EDC for climbing equipment. Two exceptions: CKG Members will still have access to the full range of mail-in options.
Creative Freedom Packages will remain open—because apparently handing us a knife and saying “you guys figure it out” is exactly the kind of chaos we’re willing to keep inviting into our lives.
Do we love pausing orders? Ehhhh… about as much as finding a stripped T6 drowned in red Loctite. But quality beats quantity. Every time.
We’re doing this out of respect for our customers, our crew, and the quality of work you expect from us. We’re also restructuring a few things for the future so we can keep growing without completely losing our minds. Well… Without losing MORE of our minds.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and your incredible support. We’ll spend October knocking down that queue, sharpening up our operation, and getting ready for what’s next.
Keep your knives sharp. Keep moving forward.
