I kicked off the first weekend of my full-season run at King Richard’s Faire with my family—and my two little princesses—by my side. 👑✨

I couldn’t have done it without my father and husband, who worked so hard to help me bring this massive new tent to life. After months of designing, planning, and imagining how the space would come together, seeing it become a reality was truly a dream come true.

Thank you to everyone who helped make opening weekend so incredibly special. I pour my heart and soul—along with plenty of joy, love, and even a few tears—into my work. Your kind words, support, and feedback make every moment completely worth it. 💛

✨🍄 The Fairy of Spellbloom 🍄✨

Deep within Spellbloom Forest, where velvet mushrooms grow beneath ancient trees and wildflowers bloom long after the sun has gone down, there lives a fairy who watches over all things wild and forgotten.

Each evening, she slips on her crown of flowers, velvet mushrooms, and woodland antlers and makes her way to an old swing hidden among the branches.

It is said that when she swings high enough to touch the moonlight, tiny bits of magic fall from her antlers and scatter across the forest floor. 🌙🌿

By morning, a new mushroom has appeared.
A sleeping flower has opened.
And somewhere, someone has remembered that a little bit of magic still exists in the world. ✨

Perhaps that is why she wears the forest upon her crown—so no matter how far she wanders, a piece of the enchanted woods always travels with her.

A little peek at one of the newest pieces I’ve been working on—and a new product I’ll officially be launching at King Richard’s Faire! ✨ My newest felt hat collection has been in the works since spring and is just now being finished, with hopes of having the full collection ready to share in October.

But right now, the biggest thing on my mind is that King Richard’s starts in TWO WEEKS.

I did a trial run of my tent this week (naturally, the same day my phone fell in the tub, so zero documentation 😂), and it’s absolutely stunning. Even better, setup was much less intimidating than I had built it up to be.

I think what I’m looking forward to most—besides finally making money again—is the enormous sense of relief.

My studio is currently at full-blown hoarder status. Hundreds upon hundreds of products made for these shows, my regular merchandise, and all the displays, signs, props and decor for two large booths have completely taken over. There’s barely room to move, never mind feel creative.

For almost a year, I’ve been in constant production and preparation mode. In two weeks, I finally get to start moving all of it OUT, reclaim my studio, and watch all of this work finally become what I’ve been working toward.

I’m ready to breathe again. Ready to have my creative refuge back. And very ready to finally reap the rewards of a year of nonstop work.

May I have made enough. May it be a wildly successful season. And may all this work bring us the financial security I’ve been working so hard toward. 🤎

Two weeks. I can’t believe we’re finally here.
