As this su***de awareness month comes to a close - I want to remind people that su***de is not a dirty word. It’s not selfish. It’s simply something that you’re lucky for not understanding because you’ve never felt that way. I also want to remind people that I will always listen without judgement. My flower shop has become such a safe space for people to just talk. My floors have been soaked with tears. I will always share a hot coffee with you and just be present. We don’t even need to talk. You can simply just.. exist. I hope if you’re ever feeling this way you reach out to someone you love because the truth is you WILL be missed.
