We are SO excited to announce that Cinderella's Closet will begin offering a small selection of menswear for the 2027 prom season! 🤴🤵♂️
To make it happen, we need your help! Cinderella's Closet needs donations of YOUTHFUL, STYLISH, MODERN men's formalwear. Please see the guide below for what we are looking for! At this time we are not accepting business suits, older suits, or anything heavily altered or damaged.
Due to limited space and the desire to provide just as high quality of an experience for our male presenting and nonbinary students, we must be selective with donations. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about what we are looking for!
Donations may be dropped off at or mailed to the YWCA Northcentral PA at 815 W 4th St. in Williamsport, PA all year round! Drop off times are M-F 9am-4pm and Saturday 10-3.

Is this your first time learning about Cinderella's Closet? Here's everything you need to know!:
⭐️ Cinderella's Closet is an annual EVENT located at the YWCA Northcentral PA
⭐️ Cinderella's Closet is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY from MARCH-MAY every year and is only available to high school students attending PROM or their school's prom equivalent at this time. Registration begins in February.
⭐️ All Cinderella's Closet items were donated from the community and then triple checked for cleanliness and quality
⭐️ Cinderella's Closet is a body positive, accessible, inclusive, and gender affirming space.
⭐️ Cinderella's Closet operates like a bridal boutique (think "Say Yes to the Dress") providing a high end shopping experience for a low cost. Students call in to set appointments then are guided through that appointment by a stylish and supportive volunteer fairy godmother.
⭐️ All proceeds from Cinderella's Closet (just $15-25 per appointment) directly support the YWCA's shelter programs for victims of domestic & sexual violence.

There are many ways to support Cinderella's Closet beyond donating dresses, suits, jewelry, handbags, shoes, or ties!
💰 Donations may be made to the FAIRY GODMOTHER FUND. Through this fund, a donation of $20 covers the entire cost of a shopping experience at Cinderella's Closet for a student in financial need. Donations may be made any time at the YWCA's year round thrift store The Boutique.
