If you thought planting season was over, our late-summer blooms beg to differ! 🌺

Say hello to our perennial hibiscus! They are putting on an absolutely stunning show right now, and we couldn’t resist giving them a spotlight. With enormous dinner-plate sized blooms in shades of pink, purple, white, and red, these beauties are sure to make a statement in your garden. 🌱

Don’t let their tropical appearance fool you! These are hardy perennials that can come back year after year when planted in zones 4 through 9. They thrive best in full sun with consistently moist soil during hot summer weather. ☀️💧

A tip from us? Don’t panic if your hibiscus are slow to emerge in spring! Perennial hibiscus are one of the last perennials to ‘wake up’, but once they do, they grow quickly. Their late bloom time helps to bring a whole new wave of color to your space just when early and mid season perennials are beginning to fade.

Earlier this week, members of our team traveled south to Columbus, Ohio for the AmericanHort Cultivate Trade Expo! We spent the day chatting with other industry professionals and browsing some of the new technology and plants for the 2027 season 😮
