1. The IHPI Corporate Wellness Initiative

A complete performance and vitality system for organizations across Western New York.
Sleep. Eat. Move. Mindset.
Designed to reduce burnout, improve productivity, and build healthier workplaces from the inside out.

Now in pre-launch conversations with local companies.



2. IHPI Level 1 Bodyweight Movement Specialist Certification

After 20 years of coaching, we’re opening the doors to our own certification.
A hands-on, practical, movement-first system to develop coaches who can truly help people move better, feel better, and perform better.

This is the next evolution of coaching education — built in Buffalo.



3. Private Remote Coaching — 12 Spots Opening

For the first time, we’re opening a small group of remote coaching slots for individuals who want

IHPI Level 1 Certification Launch Announcement (Spring 2026)

“Human beings aren’t broken. They’re just moving in ways their bodies weren’t designed to move.”

That belief has guided my entire coaching career from the Army, to opening CrossFit Williamsville, to working with thousands of everyday people who simply wanted to feel better, move better, and live better.

And after 20 years of coaching, one truth has become unmistakably clear:

👉 When people learn how to move exceptionally well, everything in their life gets better.
Strength improves. Pain decreases. Confidence returns.
They feel capable again.

But here’s the hole I kept seeing in the industry a gap that almost no educational program addresses:

We have plenty of information.
Plenty of certifications.
Plenty of theory.

What we don’t have is enough real application with real people.

Coaches get certified, yet many still feel uncertain about how to apply what they learned when standing in front of an actual human being who needs help, someone with tight hips, old injuries, confidence issues, movement limitations, or fear around exercise.

That’s why this certification was built differently.

On Day Two, participants won’t just practice with each other they will coach live clients, real individuals from our community who genuinely need guidance. You’ll assess their movement, offer corrections, teach progressions, and experience the dynamic, unpredictable, rewarding reality of real coaching.

This isn’t theory.
This isn’t simulated.
This is live application, designed so you walk away confident in your own movement and fully capable of helping others improve theirs.

It’s one of the most groundbreaking elements of the IHPI Level 1 Certification
a chance to coach while being coached, learn while applying, and leave with skills that immediately translate to the real world.

Introducing the IHPI Level 1: Bodyweight Movement Specialist Certification

Launching Spring 2026

This is the foundational certification of the Invest Health & Performance Institute a system designed to elevate coaches, trainers, and all participants by teaching them:

✔ How to assess human movement in real time
✔ How to correct patterns through simple progressions
✔ How to coach locomotion, crawling, squatting, hinging, balancing, & more
✔ How to build strength
✔ How to teach clients to feel what correct movement should feel like
✔ How to develop resilient, adaptable movers at any age, with any background

🚀 CEU Provider Status (In Progress)

We are actively pursuing CEU approval through several major organizations, including:

• NASM
• AFAA
• ACE
• ISSA

Our full curriculum, syllabus, instructor credentials, and assessment structure are currently being reviewed for compliance.
This will allow coaches to receive official continuing education credit while dramatically improving their coaching skillset.

🧠 Why This Matters

The world doesn’t need more complex programs, louder cues, or trendy exercises.

The world needs more coaches who can teach people how to move like they were designed to move.

Because when a person learns to control their own body?

They gain power.
They gain freedom.
They gain belief.
