# NOW HIRING – ENGINE BUILDER
**Precision ATV | Conroe, TX**
Precision ATV is looking for a skilled and dependable **Engine Builder** to join our growing team. We specialize in high-performance ATV and UTV engine rebuilding, with a primary focus on Polaris RZR, Polaris Ranger, and Can-Am platforms.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Assemble and rebuild ATV/UTV engines from start to finish.
- Inspect engine components for wear, damage, and proper fitment.
- Install crankshafts, pistons, bearings, cylinder heads, timing components, and other internal engine parts.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and proper assembly procedures.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and identify potential engine failures.
- Maintain quality control throughout the rebuilding process.
- Work with our machining, teardown, and testing departments to ensure engines meet our standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience building or rebuilding engines preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
- Experience with Polaris and Can-Am engines is a major plus.
- Ability to read service manuals and follow torque specifications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and engine assembly procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
