Our Polaris Sportsman & Scrambler 1000 Rebuild Kits will be going LIVE on the Precision ATV website soon, with several kit options to fit different rebuild needs and budgets.

REFRESH KIT
For engines that don’t need a complete rebuild but need the key components refreshed.

CRANK & ROD KIT
For those needing to address the crankshaft and connecting rods while handling the rest of the rebuild themselves.

STANDARD REBUILD KIT
A complete kit for a standard engine rebuild.

MASTER REBUILD KIT
A more comprehensive rebuild package with additional components for a thorough engine rebuild.

MASTER PLUS REBUILD KIT
Our most complete option, designed for those who want to go through the engine and replace the major wear components.

The goal is simple: give you the option to rebuild your Polaris 1000 the way you need to.

Whether you’re doing a basic refresh or a complete engine rebuild, we’ll have a kit available for you.

NOW HIRING – QT TECH

Precision ATV is looking for a full-time QT Tech to join our team!

Job Duties Include:
• Checking cases/teardowns after blasting and cleaning
• Ensuring all parts meet Precision ATV standards
• Drilling and tapping
• Possible aluminum welding
• Using inside and outside micrometers accurately

Requirements:
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Welding experience is a plus
• Full-time only
