How’s your rainy weekend going? Anyone reading anything great? I’ve been reading a lot of Chevy Stevens lately, so suspenseful! Anyway, here’s what went out last night, ready and waiting for you Monday morning!

Is everyone starting settle into the fall routine? School is back in session and days are getting shorter. It was gloriously cool last night too! As always, we’ve had a lot going on, this weekend we had our annual family party, though I’m figuring we were down about 50 people. There’s over 100 of us on my mom’s side and it’s always a blast! We’re a very competitive gaming family, so there’s always lots of fun, along with lots of food and family. And if you’re there, whether it’s your first time, your 50th time, you’re a friend of one of ours, you’re now family. I love that about that side of the family, everyone’s welcome no matter what. Anyway, after a fun weekend, I popped in to fill the shelves for you and here’s what went out.

Happy Labor Day Weekend! Guess what guys? This is actually my favorite holiday! Who would’ve thought?!?! While most love Christmas or Thanksgiving or other larger holidays, this one is my favorite and has been for years. I love the fact it’s usually more quiet, it’s a holiday that never causes me extra work (seriously nobody gets their hair done for Labor Day!) and I’m not expected to figure out a gift or usually plan a bunch of extra food. It’s the quiet holiday that I get to enjoy as a holiday, sometimes do something fun, and have the day off. Anyone else out there feel the same? Anyway, here’s what went on the shelves earlier this week, hope you get a relaxing weekend too!

It’s been a minute since I last posted as I’ve been away with lots of family around for a week! 21-29 people extended family annual week long vacation and somehow we all still like each other at the end!! A dear friend still came and checked on the book shop to make sure everything was nice and neat for you to see what was available, I’m so glad she’s willing to do that for me! Anyway, I finally managed to bring books to town with me today, so here’s what went on the shelves. Enjoy!

I sure hope everyone stayed safe and stayed cool over the scorching hot weekend! My body can’t seem to handle heat anymore, previously I’d have been at the beach or pool over the weekend, but not anymore! So I treated it like a snow day and did projects around the house over the weekend. Anyone else do that too? Anyway, here’s what went out over the weekend and ready for you to enjoy!

Holy hot day Batman!! I might just be showing my age here… 😆 Anyway, here’s what went out recently!
