Yoga Nidra is a gentle, guided practice that invites the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains quietly aware. Unlike a traditional yoga class, there is no physical movement or yoga experience required. You’ll simply settle into a comfortable, fully supported resting position and be guided through a practice designed to help you slow down, rest, and restore.
Often described as “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra gently guides your awareness through different layers of your experience, encouraging deep relaxation and helping activate the body’s natural rest-and-restore response (the parasympathetic nervous system). Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply refreshed.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply in need of intentional rest, this class offers a safe, welcoming space to reconnect with yourself.

- 60-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice

Chris will be here selling original spirit art and his new music from Boogie Man Blues (515 Collective).

A Chicago-area native with a Fine Arts degree from Beloit College, Chris has appeared on Dead Famous, Psychic Kids, Ghost Adventures, Haunted Scotland, Haunted Ireland, and more. He creates watercolor spirit art, sketches, and his newer “Sonic Transfiguration” work that turns sound and frequency into image. His debut album was written during his battle with AML leukemia and weaves blues, soul, and the unseen.

Also that day: food, raffles, and discounted readings as we celebrate 10 years of Snowflake Healing.
