Well HOWDEEEEE! It’s been a bit since I’ve posted. We’ve been busy. Memory Bears and Quilt. Colored rovings for NJ Sheep and Wool. Yes the Fall fiber shows have started. We had a carder breakdown which hubby fixed same day! He’s wonderful. Lots of processing. The NJ Sheep and Wool show was a blast. Small hometown fiber show, with lots of customers. I think we recovered enough and ready for the Shenandoah Valley Fiber Festival the 26th and 27th Clarke County Fairgrounds Berryville VA. It’s only a 3 hour drive. Stop on by.

Well here we are….. so happily busy that social media had to wait. Working on customer processing orders and commission work as well as getting color ways ready for Garden State Sheep and Wool.

Hey one and all Fiber Enthusiasts. Come out to our Fiber Frolics at the The Conestoga Area Historical Society. Bring a chair, a snack, a non alcoholic drink, bring your enthusiasm and lets chat and fiber away. If the weather is not suitable.... like too hot or rainy, we do have a nice room we can enjoy. The bosses were at the Mill today. They are keeping us in line. As you can see they are really hard workers. Greeting customers and enjoying snacks. Sadie is doing much better being here. And she does enjoy it with Molly.

Getting ready to cast on this beautiful sweater with some Ella Rae wool yarn and our own mill spun Shetland hand dyed in house. All available in the shop. If you are interested in doing this as a KAL, please let me know. It’s a great time to start your Rhinebeck sweater.

Happy Wednesday Everyone…… we’re cranking at the Mill. Color blending, carding, dye pots….. whoooo hooo. I do have a video from last week to post so that’ll be coming up. We’ve been happily busy playing with wool and alpaca. Tonight I’ll be at the sewing machine and cranking out some orders. But in the meantime….. enjoy your day.

We are ready for you at the Central PA Fiber Festival. Lots of fiber goodies and other items. Teas, bonsai, pottery, jewelry etc. And demos….. sheep herding, sheep shearing, weaving, sock knitting etc. Stop by. We’re only 2ish hours from Lancaster.
