Who doesn't like a costume contest? I mean, at Make Wilmington Weird Fear Fest you can be yourself or be who you want to be for the day! As long as you're not an as***le, we don't judge! We love our Fear Fest costume contest and getting to see all the creativity you bring to the event! We will post more when the date gets closer, but you will grab a judge's sheet if you want to compete and the more vendors you have to jury you, the better your chances!

Make Wilmington Weird Fear Fest is back....and this time, someone else picked the date iykyk lol (if you don't know, apparently, I have a rain curse 😒😕). I will be making more announcements and sending out vendor applications soon so be on the lookout!

We didn't let a little shower rain on our parade! At this point rain might just be a part of Make Wilmington Weird, but it doesn't stop our vibe from coming out and joining us! You still have plenty of time to come hang out with us . We are here till 6 and we are just getting started!!!!

I just wanted to pop in and say thank you. To the people who have messaged or talked to me and to the many people I saw out today at the Azalea Festival who said so many kind things to me about missing the store. You all don't know how much that truly means to me! I've been a little scattered since closing and seeing today that my little mural was covered with a white door and s**t brown steps didn't help....but hearing all of you say such kind things to me...that shows me that City Gypsy was more than a store, it was...no IS a community! The Be Kind Change the World may be missing from the steps, but it's certainly not missing from the City Gypsy family! Thank you all from my ❤️

Who doesn't love a variety of music that takes you on a magical journey? The Pollinators will be playing live at Make Wilmington Weird Ren Fest , bringing their unique sound that's sure to enchant and delight! Their whimsical, melodic, and all original music is sort of reminiscent of Hozier, Corrs, Donovan, Cardigans, Fleetwood Mac, and Loreena McKennit - but with their own special twist!
