I just completed a remodel of a home that was flooded during the unnamed storm. The entire lower level had about 6” of water damage.
All of the damage was removed prior to the remodel.
The remodel included insulation, drywall, molding, door replacement, kitchen cabinet and countertop replacement window trim replacement along with building a closet in the bathroom and installing a new LVP floor in the bedroom

Here is an exterior staircase/ porch that needed some major TLC. Some of the down posts had fallen out or were loose due to the fasteners being exposed to the salt air for years. Here is one of our projects at Kure Beach.
The customer had an old leaking A/C unit that needed to be removed. The hole left by the unit had to be closed back up. This included interior and exterior replacement of walls, insulation, framing, house wrap and hardy board replacement. During the remodel, I ram into black mold on the drywall, insulation and lumber. I replaced the insulation and treated the area with a disinfectant before installing the drywall.
