Reality Fracture draft has the easiest layup of all time following The Hobbit's terrible, no-good limited format, but does it live up to the hype? Mike Sigrist shares his first impressions on it:

If you've been following my content, you know I had high expectations for this set, on the heels of what I consider one of my least favorite draft formats of all time: The Hobbit.

Reality Fracture just released last week, but Mike Sigrist had some thoughts about the set before it came out:

There's plenty more Reality Fracture to examine. We looked at a few cards last time. Now that the full set has been previewed, let's examine a few more.

Pokemon has continued with their no stock until release date policy for 30th.

This means currently there is no product in store for release at open tomorrow, and as we can't guarantee when shipments will arrive, or time to check everything in, we'll be moving our release to Tuesday the 6th.

We understand this may be a bit of a headache, but we want to ensure a good release for everyone and not have people waiting for hours for a delivery truck we all hope shows up.

Booster Bundles & Mini Tins will be releasing with a limit of 1 of each per person.

The Hobbit had a less-than-stellar draft, as Mike Sigrist outlined before, but he has some solutions in mind:

I had a good time with Hobbit for the first week or so. After that, it dropped off a cliff. The set lacks replayability past a certain point, largely because of three issues I've diagnosed.

Reality Fracture prerelease is this weekend, and Mike Sigrist shares his first impressions of some interesting spoilers:

While the Hobbit was a letdown as someone who loves the IP, I'm looking forward to getting back into Magic's own IP with Reality Fracture.

Coming back from another busy SCG Con well have a huge restock hitting the store!

Lots of packs have been restock along with a ton secret lairs, with plenty of new singles hitting the kiosk and the website every day as we get cards sorted and put away.

Mike Sigrist has some thoughts about drafting The Hobbit, and how you can best take advantage of its lack of balance:

Hobbit Draft isn't as fun because we're not playing for anything exciting. Hobbit is a small set, and you can really feel it.

Mike Sigrist played in 25 Arena Directs for The Hobbit Sealed, and he has some thoughts about how to best maneuver around this poorly balanced (yet fun) format:

I played 25 Arena Directs, earning five Collector Booster Boxes with a win rate a smidge over 70%. It's well known that black is the best color, at least in Sealed, and it's the best by an amount I haven't seen before.
