My long-time friend, Mr Dennis Cristiano rolled into town to pick up his snare drum today. A 6.5" X 14" red oak shell with wine red and black finish. We had a great time playing and talking drums. Always a pleasure doing these custom builds, but building for an old friend makes it even sweeter. THANK YOU, Dennis! I appreciate the business and had a great time hanging with you today. ✌🏼🥁❤️

I'm back in the shop, working on a couple of custom orders and a few goodies that will be available! I've been on a bit of a hiatus, but I'm always available for custom orders. Life has been pulling me in a few different directions as of late. It feels good to sling some dust in the shop. 😎🥁

If you were my neighbor in 1978, you were probably sick of me playing this song on my drums, or at least attempting to play it along with a number of early Judas Priest songs. The drummer was Les Binks, and he was the guy that had me setting up 2 bass drums and trying desperately to get all of my limbs to work independently to create rhythms , hoping that the resulting sound was anything close to what he was doing on the albums he did with JP . It's come a long way since then, he wasn't the first to do it, but he was the guy that inspired me to let it rip! The albums he played on are still among my favorite of all time.
REST IN PEACE Mr. LES BINKS. Thanks for the inspiration and for the great music you helped create. I still crank it in my shop on a daily basis. Judas Priest is a part of my life's soundtrack.
