SOURSOP TEA Recipe for a good night's sleep:
Boil water- 4 oz.
Rinse @ 4 leaves (fresh or dried)
Steep for @ 10 mins.
We don't sweeten ours (a little bitter), but feel free to lightly sweeten to taste.

If you're interested in what the US Virgin Islands Carnival is like, here it is, on St. Thomas. 👇🏾 daily & nightly festivities usually beginning the week after Easter and culminates with the children's parade on Friday, and the adult parade on Saturday, and usually fireworks on Sunday. That wraps it up. Here is the Adult parade. 👇🏾

FYI that St. John has its Festival early July around V.I. Emancipation day (July 3rd) and the Crucian Festival (St.Croix) is around Three King's Day (Jan. 6th).

Mango Chow aka Mango Salad.

Ingredients: Mostly green 🥭 Mangoes
Lime juice, Onion, Garlic, Sweet peppers, Hot peppers, Black pepper, Chadon beni (Culantro, Bandanya), Olive or Vegetable oil, Salt.
Let marinate for at least an hour in a sealed dish.
ENJOY alone or as a side dish.
Refrigerate unused portions.
