🚨ALERT!!!🚨

Do your products contain benzene or benzoyl peroxide? I remember that ingredient as a kid being promoted as an acne treatment. This is a common example of using an ingredient without knowing the true effects until someone decides to really test it. This had been widely used for years and it’s reaping havoc on our health!

I’ve heard (and seen) lots of chatter about 2022 starting off on the wrong foot. And quite honestly, my year hasn’t started off quite like I wanted it to ether! So, when I ran across this little poem, it spoke to me! I hope it will to you too!

Day 11: Wish List

If your holidays are anything like mine, you spend all your time thinking of others and making sure each person has a gift that really means somthing. But, have you taken a minute to yourself to think about your own wish list? If you haven't, you should!

What's one item on your wish list?

I'm grateful that my biggest wish, to have my family together on Christmas (mom, sister, niece/nephew, aunt/uncle, cousins) has been granted the last couple years despite our move out of state. But if we are talking about a tangible wish...I want some power tools! I love home reno projects and it would be awesome to have the needed tools at my fingertips!

Day 9: Favorite Holiday Movie...that's not a tough question for me! Hands down, it's Christmas Vacation! It's become a tradition to watch it with our neighbors! It may be a holiday movie, but we quote it all.year.long. "It's a beaut, Clark!"

Day 8: Coal?

Does anyone know how the "tradition" of coal being left in your stocking if you were bad came to be? Evidently, it dates back to the 16th century in Holland when the children use to set out their clogs (before stockings became a thing). The good children received treats in their shoes, the bad kiddos found coal!

Do you participate in this "coal" tradition? Which "coal" would you prefer to find in your stocking...a detoxifying charcoal bar or the soothing charcoal mask?

Day 7: The hoildays always scream "TREAT" to me!!! I've already shared I love the tradition of baking cookies! Choose a favorite sweet is difficult!
