In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the need for a storage facility to accommodate belongings from homes and businesses impacted by the storm became evident. Town of Boone staff worked over the weekend in order to issue a temporary certificate of occupancy to Pinnacle Storage that became effective on Monday, October 7th. This certificate allows access to the first floor of Pinnacle Storage, which features 168 storage units.

Another Holiday season is among us as we near the end of 2023. We are blessed to have been able to team up with Wilmington, NC Police Department for their annual Santa Cop event.

Each year, children local to the Wilmington area are identified and are given the opportunity to make their Holiday season special as they shop with a Police Officer.

Seeing these children and families so happy and embracing the season is what it is all about.

Special thank you to Walmart Sigmon rd for hosting another amazing Santa Cop event!

The Holiday Season is among us again and we are blessed to have been able to give back to the community this year for Thanksgiving!
This year we were able to give out a total of 300 Thanksgiving meals to those in need this Holiday Season.

We owe a special thanks to Wilmington, NC Police Department, Moore County Sheriff's Office, Morehead City Police Department, and The CARE Group, Inc. for helping us identify families that could benefit from a complete Thanksgiving meal.

We also owe a special thanks to Harris Teeter Carolina Beach Road location, West End location, as well as their Morehead location. We could not have made this happen with our each and everyone of you!

We are really honored to team up with Safe Haven for their Lend A Hand Donation Drive.

Safe Haven is a local domestic violence shelter specializing in helping to restore hope and healing to families affected by domestic violence.

They are in need of diapers (sizes 5, 6, and 7), Pull-Ups, and individually wrapped snacks.

One of our favorite events of the year is Santa Cop.

We've been part of this special cause since it began. Each year we look so forward to participating with Wilmington, NC Police Department to bring Christmas cheer to the children in our community.

Just to see the excitement and the smiles on everyone's faces is really what this wonderful season is all about.

Thank you Wilmington, NC Police Department and New Hanover County Sheriff's Office for putting this amazing event together year after year! Also, a special thanks to Walmart at Sigmon Rd and Carolina Beach Rd for hosting us!
